Sometimes the walls we build to save ourselves have to come tumbling down.
For the last ten years, Huey has built his life around his sobriety. If that means he doesn’t give a damn about finding love or companionship for himself, well, it’s probably better that way. After all, the last thing he wants is to hurt anyone else. Until Felix Rainey walks into his bar, fresh-faced, unbearably sweet—and, for some reason Huey can’t fathom, interested in him.
As the eldest of five kids, Felix Rainey spent his childhood cooking dinner, checking homework, and working after-school jobs. Now in his twenties, he’s still scrambling to make ends meet and wondering what the hell he’s doing with his life. When he meets Huey, he’s intimidated . . . and enamored. Huey’s strong and confident, he owns his own business—hell, he’s friends with rock stars. What could he ever see in Felix?
As Huey and Felix get closer, the spark catches and soon they can’t get enough of each other. But Huey’s worked hard to avoid intimacy, and Felix threatens his carefully constructed defenses. Huey realizes he needs to change if he wants to truly put his past behind him—and build a future with Felix.

SURPRISE PREGNANCY + MARRIAGE OF CONVENIENCE
Mistakes were made, okay?
The moment I laid eyes on Kyle Kingston I knew he was a mistake. A satisfying, toe curling, hair pulling, best night of my life mistake, but a mistake all the same. I didn’t yet know his name, or who he was, but I knew he was a bad idea.
I take comfort in that, because it means my instincts are still good. Too late, but it’s something.
Because, FYI, I’m pregnant…
… and did I mention my baby daddy is both heir to a retail empire and impossible to get ahold of?
I do what any girl would. I break into his Grandfather’s retirement gala by telling the prissy gatekeeper Kyle’s my fiancé. It was a halfway decent plan at the time, trust me.
But it blows up in my face, disastrously so. You see, Kyle Kingston is all about representing the family values his family’s retail empire was founded on. At least in public. In private—well I’ll tell you about that later.
He proposes—a marriage of convenience.
Convenient for everyone but me, because while I’m falling in love with my convenient husband, he’s keeping a billion-dollar secret. From me.
This is a standalone novel in the Best Laid Plans series.

Girls always fall for Trevor, and in the end, he always ends up looking like a bad-boy cad. Still, spending some time with Haley and her smart-talking, kissable mouth sounds pretty perfect. Besides, he’s only going to be in Dogwood Lane for one week. How much trouble could they possibly get into?
The only answer? A “no falling in love” contract. All Trevor and Haley have to do is follow the rules and resist the attraction sizzling between them…before their hearts get completely tangled up in temptation.

The Fischers are the only family Brennan has ever known, and when they adopt him, he has no plans on doing anything to jeopardize that. Even if it means pretending Josh Daly doesn’t make his heart pound every time their eyes meet.
The tension eases once Josh heads off to a Christian University on a baseball scholarship. Brennan stays put in Elm Grove to work at his family’s drive-in movie theater and take classes at the local community college.
But when Josh comes home for summer break, the feeling not only returns, it transforms into a loud and commanding drumbeat he struggles to tune out.

Most love stories have one beginning and one ending. This love story has many.
Maggie: Ten years ago, Cash Armstrong stole my heart. Then he promptly joined the army—dragging my best friend with him—and left me crying on the front porch in a red sequined prom dress. Now he’s back. They’re both back. Cash, the one who still has my heart. And Luc, the one who saved my life.
Cash: How do you know if you’re at the end of the beginning or the beginning of the end? That’s what I’ve been trying to figure out since a traumatic brain injury made me “unfit to serve.” I’m back in New Orleans, and picking up the shattered pieces of my past means I must confront where my life’s journey began… and where it all might end.
Luc: Long ago, Maggie May was mine. Not mine in the way you might think. She was mine because she was my only friend. Then Cash came along and we became brothers by something stronger than blood. We became brothers by choice. When tragedy struck, I was forced to make a decision that changed all our lives. I thought, after ten years, it was safe to come back home. I was wrong…

This is a standalone novel.
First appearances deceive…
Abigail Westcott’s dreams for her future were lost when her father died and she discovered her parents were not legally married. But now, six years later, she enjoys the independence a life without expectation provides a wealthy single woman. Indeed, she’s grown confident enough to scold the careless servant chopping wood outside without his shirt on in the proximity of ladies.
But the man is not a servant. He is Gilbert Bennington, the lieutenant colonel and superior officer who has escorted her wounded brother, Harry, home from the wars with Napoleon. Gil has come to help his friend and junior officer recover, and he doesn’t take lightly to being condescended to—secretly because of his own humble beginnings.
If at first Gil and Abigail seem to embody what the other most despises, each will soon discover how wrong first impressions can be. For behind the appearances of the once-grand lady and the once-humble man are two people who share an understanding of what true honor means, and how only with it can one find love.
This is the sixth book in the Westcott series of standalone novels with interconnected characters.
Piper Mackenzie first sees him shirtless, standing in front of the military plane she was about to board, with one rather large wrench in his hand. The fact that he has the plane—the one that she’s about to be flying on for hours—in pieces only minutes before she’s set to take off on it doesn’t faze her. At least not until a flippant joke about dying in mid-air leaves his lips.
The second time she sees him, he’s helping her from the wreckage of her car. The wreckage that he helped cause.
The third, he’s laying across from her in the same bed, and there’s no denying what happened the night before.
The fourth, well that time would be the first of many. Being Mrs. Jonah Crew has a nice ring to it, doesn’t it?
* * *
Jonah Crew saw her for the first time as she stared at him in awe. It was snowing, the temp was in the negative degrees, and he couldn’t think about anything but her and the look of horror on her face when he tells a badly-timed joke.
The second time he sees her, his heart skips a beat, but not for the reason that one might think. Mainly, it’s due in part to the fact that his truck smashed into her car so hard that his chest hits the steering wheel and his heart decides to stop working right.
The third time, he’s fairly positive that he’s died and gone to heaven. At least, that’s what waking up next to a beautiful woman like her signifies, right?
The fourth? Well, he’s not quite sure how he got there, but he’s already said ‘I do’ so what’s a guy to do?
This is the second book in the KPD Motorcycle Patrol series of standalone novels with interconnected characters.

Known for her emotional, character-driven romances that give us all the feels, Devney Perry strikes again with a tale that is heartbreaking in its candour and brave in its intent, yet somehow incredibly romantic through and through. And with two very real people at its heart—grappling with obstacles that speak to anyone who’s ever felt the bitter sting of failure and regret in love—this is the kind of book you hope you never forget. Even as your tears keep blurring the pages in front of you.
HOLY MOTHER OF ALL PLOT TWISTS! Just when I thought I was used to Aly Martinez’ very own brand of book-voodoo, she ends up delivering one of the most unexpected, mind-blowing stories I have ever come across. Their paths first crossed in the middle of one of the most terrifying moments of their young lives—a moment that changed them both irrevocably—but when they meet again years later, all too many lies and secrets risk keeping them apart forever. It had me on the edge of my seat, with my Kindle in a death grip beginning to end, absolutely loving every single second of this crazy, exhilarating rollercoaster ride of a story.
A wild one-night stand between two strangers was all it was ever supposed to be, but when they see each other again, he ends up being her son’s new math teacher, and she is knocked up! When Emma Chase’s newest romance came out in audio first and I realised that there was even a surprise pregnancy scenario in it, I knew I had to make an exception and finally listen to an audiobook. And two things ended up happening—I fell in love with audiobooks AND I became obsessed with Zachary Webber’s voice. I listened to this book every chance I got, loving these characters, their story, Emma Chase’s trademark prose that always makes me smile like a goof cover to cover, and I knew within a few chapters that this would become my new fave book of hers. With the perfect balance of emotion, steam, and laugh-out-loud moments, this book is truly the full package, and I already cannot wait to listen to it again.
I’ve never read a Tessa Bailey book I did not love, and her newest Romantic Comedy knocked my socks off. It’s a fake relationship scenario where the heroine has been crushing on the hero all her life, but he’s never seen her as anything other than his best friend’s kid sister. As they enter a fake relationship arrangement that benefits them both in different ways, they pretend to be in love for the whole world to see, but soon there’s nothing fake about their feelings or how much they desire each other. SO SO sexy and even angsty at times, this was a book I read in a single sitting, and I loved every mouthwatering second of it.
Set in the Alaskan wilderness, and featuring a silver fox attorney and a hot pilot, this story had me glued to the pages from the get-go. It’s a slow-burning kind of romance where the author takes her time developing the connection between the leads, and when they finally get together, the results are explosive. There’s an age gap element, a single dad one, too, and the writing is simply wonderful. Can’t recommend it highly enough!
One of the things I love the most about Mia Sheridan’s writing is how unique her stories always are, and this BEAUTIFUL book is no exception. A meticulously multilayered tale of survival, courage, and hope, every part of this story is heartfelt and powerful, and with the intricate mystery interwoven into every single page, I couldn’t put this book down for a single second. It all begins with a double murder in small town Montana, but the story quickly escalates into SO much more. A must-read!
