Hale Wheeler inherited billions from his father. He’s decided to take those resources and change the world for the better. He’s married to his mission, so he doesn’t have time for love.
There’s more lurking behind this decision. He hasn’t faced the tragic loss of his father, or the bitterness of his parents’ divorce. He doesn’t intend to follow in his father’s footsteps, breaking a woman’s heart in a way it will never mend. So he vows he’ll never marry.
But Hale is intrigued when he meets Elsa Cohen, the ambitious celebrity news journalist who has been reporting on his famous family. He warns her off, but she makes him a deal. She’ll pull back in exchange for an exclusive interview.
Elsa Cohen is married to her career, but she wants love, marriage, children. She also wants the impossibly handsome, fiercely loyal, tenderhearted Hale Wheeler.
They go head-to-head, both denying why there are fireworks every time they meet. But once they understand their undeniable attraction, Elsa can’t help but fall for the dynamic do-gooder.
As for Hale, he knows he needs to fight the pull of the beautiful, bold, loving Elsa Cohen, because breaking her would crush him.

This is the fourth and final book in the Tattoos and Ties series.
After being a soldier, working as a bodyguard should have been simple: keep the owner of DC’s ultra-secret club safe, don’t think about his midnight eyes or his devil’s smile, don’t surrender my body to his wicked desires.
But I underestimated Mark Trevena and the power of his dark, seductive world. I underestimated the hold he’d have on me, the way I would do anything for him at all. And so when he asks me to escort his soon-to-be bride home, I can only—miserably, broken-heartedly—say yes.
Isolde is nothing like I expect, however. Quiet and lonely and sharp. A girl who likes knives and God. A girl whose nightmares echo my own. And one night while sailing under the cold stars, we share a reckless, tear-soaked kiss.
I’m doomed. Falling in love with Mark was one thing, but his bride too? Being in love with a husband and wife at the same time?
Torture. Misery. A tragedy if tragedies came with bruises, sweat, sighs.
But it isn’t enough to merely fall into the forbidden.
Because in Mark Trevena’s world, the fall is only the beginning…
This is the first book in the all-new Lyonesse trilogy—a queer, kinky contemporary retelling of the legend of Tristan and Isolde, set in the same world as the New Camelot series.
She lives by her intuition. He feeds on her pleasure.
Long ago, the world was destroyed by gods. Only nine cities were spared. Separated by vast wilderness teeming with monsters and unimaginable dangers, each city is now ruled by a guardian—royalty who feed on mortal pleasure.
Born with an intuition that never fails, Calista knows her talents are of great value to the power-hungry of the world, so she lives hidden as a courtesan of the Baron of Archwood. In exchange for his protection, she grants him information.
When her intuition leads her to save a traveling prince in dire trouble, the voice inside her blazes with warning—and promise. Today he’ll bring her joy. One day he’ll be her doom.
When the Baron takes an interest in the traveling prince and the prince takes an interest in Calista, she becomes the prince’s temporary companion. But the city simmers with rebellion, and with knights and monsters at her city gates and a hungry prince in her bed, intuition may not be enough to keep her safe.
Calista must choose: follow her intuition to safety or follow her heart to her downfall.
This is the first book in the all-new Awakening series.

SMALL TOWN + SINGLE DAD/NANNY + FAKE ENGAGEMENT
I never said I was engaged to Alex Stone (a.k.a., the richest man in Eureka)…
My douchey ex just assumed I was, and I didn’t correct him.
You see, I was having a moment.
I was out of work, out of money, and Alex had just offered me a lifeline by hiring me to be hislive-in nanny for a month.
So when Drake the douche starts going on about what a hot mess I am at my best friend’s wedding, I kind of let him believe we were a thing.
I never said the word fiancé, and I definitely never expected Alex to play along.
Alex Stone is one of those list-topping, billionaire businessmen-types.
He’s controlled, formal, and never makes a bad decision.
He’s also tall, dark, and brutally handsome, with smokey hazel eyes, wavy brown hair, and a bod that will melt your brain.
(A detail I happen to know after accidentally catching him just out of the shower naked.)
The plan is he’ll secretly be my fake fiancé for the night, no harm done.
But when the douche stays longer than the wedding, our “engagement” stops being a secret.
And when Alex decides there are things we should know how to do if we’re engaged (like making out and sleeping together), my lie really gets out of control.
Because it’s one thing to be fake engaged to the hottest, richest man in town, who also happens to be your live-in boss.
It’s a little twist to find yourself falling in love with him.
This is a standalone novel in the Be Still series.
A desire that won’t be denied.

Running into your brother’s billionaire ex-hockey-playing best friend at a special kind of party should have been a red flag. Pulling one another’s names from a bowl at said party was a coincidence. Especially when Declan shows up weeks later as the new owner of the hockey team that practices in Lake Spark, and he has an offer for me.

Yep, I stupidly agree. But the man has a few talents, and I need to take a lunch break from my flower shop anyway. Except, our timeline gets extended and the game Declan plays doesn’t come with a rule book. The lines between us get blurry. Two high school rivals find themselves on a two-week honeymoon road trip that their grandparents never went on in one of the most enjoyable romances I read this year. While browsing through her late grandmother’s belongings, Noelle Shepard finds a dusty old envelope containing photos and a letter from a secret lover who clearly loved her grandmother deeply but never got to marry her. Through a social media video that ends up going viral, she tracks down the man in question, only to realise that his grandson is her high school arch-nemesis Theo. Desperate to hold on to her beloved grandmother’s memory any way she can, Noelle agrees to go on a road trip with them both, following the sixty-year-old honeymoon that never happened. But two weeks on the road with a man who drives her crazy in every possible way can only spell trouble…of the best kind. Jessica Joyce paints the characters with vibrant brush strokes, delivering a timeless love story that is equal parts sexy, sweet, and aching in its telling of two young people desperate to be loved by someone who wants them exactly as they are.
This was my first book from Tal Bauer and it’ll be my first of many. I’m not sure what I fell in love with more—Tal’s exquisite prose or his ability to rip my heart out of my chest with just a few words, but Wyatt and Noël’s slow-burning love story owned me beginning to end. In this opposites-attract romance, two men meet on their way to a romantic resort in Mexico; one of them is going there for his brother’s destination wedding, and the other is on the honeymoon of a wedding that never happened—his own. They start off as friends, as two lonely men looking for an emotional connection with someone who makes them feel safe, but their bond grows fast and deeply, until the mere idea of parting ways hurts them both. When real life forces them in two very different directions, they must decide whether what they found in Mexico is worth fighting for. I get shivers just thinking about this story.
There’s nothing that makes me believe in happily-ever-after more than the idea of an estranged couple finding their way back to one another after years apart, and Kristen Ashley’s new novel is an absolute masterclass in character-driven storytelling, and in its nuanced portrait of two people fighting for what they should have never stopped being—perfect together. But nothing in this novel is easy or cheaply sentimental. Familial tensions, complex human bonds, and long-hidden truths transform the story into a powerful pressure-cooker of emotions that never loses its distinctive Kristen Ashley flavour and depth. There are passages I wanted inked on my skin for the rest of my life, there are scenes I would never want to relive, and there is so much beauty in the most unexpected of moments, all coming together to tell a story of love, forgiveness, and second chances in life, but also of breaking the cycle that is holding us down and setting the example for those we love the most.
One of my favourite books of the year so far, this delightful friends-to-lovers romance has everything I’ve always loved about Abby Jimenez’s writing—wit, heart, SO much emotion, and a cinnamon roll hero you’d slay dragons for. It’s the story of two emergency room doctors, both trying to get over complicated breakups, who meet as potential rivals, become best of friends while faking to date one another, and end up falling in love while desperately trying to ignore the sizzling sexual tension between them. This is the kind of book you wish you could read for the first time over and over again, every time falling a little more in love with Jacob Maddox.
Olivia Dade is kicking off the brand new Harlot’s Bay series in February 2024, and we have the cover of the first book in the series, featuring a woman who buys the town’s famous Spite House, only to realise that the infuriating man she can’t stand lives right next door.
A sweepingly romantic tale of risk, redemption, and what happens when America’s most famous outlaw falls in love is coming in April 2024 from Amy Harmon, and we have the cover.
We have the gorgeous cover of the next instalment in Kristen Proby‘s Single in Seattle series—a fake relationship romance between a spoiled billionaire’s daughter and the coach of the football team she suddenly co-owns—out in November 2023.
